How your information is stored and protected
Your medical history and clinical records are stored securely in Allure Pacific Aesthetics a dedicated practice management system with access controls.
Access to your records is limited to the clinicians involved in your care.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including password protection, access controls, and secure systems.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only:
With other health practitioners involved in your care, where needed and with your consent
With service providers who help us operate (booking software, payment processor, email platform) — bound by their own privacy obligations
Where required or authorised by law (e.g. a court order, or to lessen a serious threat to life or health)
Marketing Communications
If you are in our email list, we'll only send you updates you signed up for. Every email includes an Unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We will never add you to marketing lists without your consent, and your health information is never used for marketing

You can ask to see the personal and health information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate. Contact us using the details below - we will respond within a reasonable time.
Data Retention
Health records are kept for the minimum periods required by Victorian and Australian law. When records are no longer required, they are securely destroyed or de-identified.
Overseas Disclosure
Some of the software services we use may store data on servers outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with the APPs.
