About our services
Vitality IV provides IV therapy and related wellness services, delivered by qualified practitioners. Our services are provided following an individual health assessment.
Not every service is suitable for every person - suitability is determined at consultation, and we may decline or modify a service where it isn't clinically appropriate.
Some products and services discussed during a consultation may be prescription only.
These are only ever supplied where clinically appropriate and in accordance with Australian law, following consultation with an authorised prescriber.

Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings can be made online at vitalityiv.com.au/book-appointment or by phone
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
After this time, your deposit will be non-refunded.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.
Prices are confirmed at booking and may change from time to time.
Health information and consent
Before recieving a service you'll be asked to complete a health history and provide informed consent.
It's your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information about your health, medications and allergies, and tell us if anything changes in between visits.
